We are a leading youth athletics facility in Central Ohio and we are so happy you’ve found us. We understand that choosing the right program for your child can be a daunting task, but worry not! We’re here to guide you through the process and make it as simple as possible!


At Integrity Athletics, we pride ourselves on offering a wide range of programs tailored to suit all ages and skill levels. From little ones taking their first steps to aspiring athletes aiming for greatness, we’ve got something for everyone.

To get started, consider your child’s age and/or current skill level. Our programs are designed to cater to various developmental stages, ensuring that your child receives the best possible experience. Please see the following breakdown of our programs by age to see where your child will get started: 

  • My child is 6 months - 4 years

    Your child is a perfect fit for our Preschool program called the Tumble Bugs! These aged-based classes foster early childhood development. Classes are divided into the following categories based on age and development:


    Parent Assisted: 6 months - 3 year olds (non-potty trained)

    • Rollie Pollies: 6 months - 1 Year (Crawling)
    • Baby Bees: Walking - 2 Year Olds (Strong Walkers)
    • Caterpillars: 2 & 3 Year Olds (Non Potty-Trained)

    Independent Classes: 3 & 4 year olds (who are potty-trained)

    • Butterflies: 3 Year Olds (Must be 3 & Potty-Trained)
    • Grasshoppers (4 Year Olds)
    • FIreflies (Advacned 4 Year Olds)

  • My child is 5 years old

    Your child is eligible for any of our “Little’s Classes.” With this transition, your child gains access to an expanded selection of program offerings, allowing them to explore their athletic interests. These classes are structured by age, and all 5-year-olds are required to complete this foundational step before advancing. Typically, most children will age out of this class once they turn 6 years old.

  • My child is 6 years or older

    If your child is between 6 – 17 years of age they are eligible for our skill-based classes. These classes start at level 1 and progress up from there (Level offerings vary by program). All beginners, regardless of age will go directly into Level 1, and our instructors will track their progress online using the skill tree, which is available for parents to see on the parent portal. If you believe your child has all introductory gymnastics skills, please contact us to help determine the best level for them.


    The classes are offered in the following programs:


    Girls Gymnastics: Traditional Gymnastics (bars, beam, floor, vault)


    Boys Gymnastics: Traditional Gymnastics (floor, vault, high bar, parallel bars, pommel horse, rings)


    Trampoline & Tumbling: Acrobatic-like gymnastics (Olympic-style and recreational trampolines, spring tumbling, and the double-mini trampoline). 


    Tumbling Only: Dynamic and acrobatic gymnastics focused solely on mastering floor-based gymnastics skills. (Spring Floor and Tumble Track). 


    Ninja Program: Obstacle-focused gymnastics (Participants learn agility, balance, and strength while tackling obstacle courses that often include climbing, jumping, and swinging elements).


    Martial Arts (Tae Kwon Do): Various styles of practices and techniques focused on self-defense, combat skills, and physical discipline.

Choosing the right program is the first step in your child’s journey at Integrity and we have a lot of choices. Below you will find a brief description of each program.   • Girl's Gymnastics

    Our girl’s gymnastics program otherwise known as Artistic Gymnastics is the traditional gymnastics most people think of when it comes to gymnastics. This program focuses on the following events


    • Bars
    • Beam
    • Floor
    • Vault

    These classes provide a fun and inclusive experience where girls learn fundamental gymnastics skills. These classes focus on building strength, coordination, and confidence through age-appropriate exercises while emphasizing movement & fun! It’s a great way for girls to enjoy physical activity in an environment focused on the development of the whole child.

  • Boy's Gymnastics

    Our boy’s gymnastics program otherwise known as Artistic Gymnastics, is the traditional gymnastics most people think of when it comes to gymnastics. This program focuses on the following Olympic events


    • High Bar
    • Parrell Bars
    • Floor
    • Vault
    • Rings
    • Pommel Horse (mushroom)

    This class option offers a dynamic and engaging program designed to introduce boys to the fundamentals of gymnastics. Participants will learn strength, flexibility, coordination, and basic gymnastics skills in a fun and supportive environment. These classes aim to build physical fitness, boost confidence, and foster a love for gymnastics.

  • Tumbling and Trampoline

    This program is perfect for children who need to burn a little extra energy or are using your bed at home as their personal trampoline. It is divided into three programs: Tumbling Only, Trampoline Only, and Tramp & Tumble (TNT) which is a combination class.


    Trampoline & Tumbling


    Trampoline and tumbling (TNT) first appeared as an Olympic Sport in the 2000 Sydney Olympics! These classes are all about bouncing, running, and more bouncing. Kids
 will learn skills and safety on three events: Trampoline, Double Mini Trampoline, and Rod Floor. Although extremely fun, this sport is about 
form and technique.


    Tumbling Only


    Our recreational tumbling-only program provides an environment for athletes to begin, continue, and further their tumbling experience. These classes are great for building skills needed for cheerleaders, dancers, or anyone who just wants to learn how to tumble. We offer a variety of classes to allow for our youngest to our oldest athletes to reach their goals.

  • NInja

    Is your child the kind who loves jumping off the walls and turning your living room into a game of “The Floor is Lava”? Spare your home from the wear and tear by enrolling your child in one of our Ninja Classes! This program offers a dynamic and invigorating adventure for every participant.


    Our classes are designed to cultivate agility, balance, and strength through obstacle course training, taking inspiration from the popular TV show “American Ninja Warrior.” Participants learn to navigate challenging courses that include climbing, swinging, and other dynamic elements. It’s a thrilling way to improve physical fitness, problem-solving abilities, and self-confidence in a supportive and fun setting.

  • Martial Arts

    Immerse yourself in the world of martial arts! Our classes offer a holistic approach to self-defense, physical fitness, and personal growth. Participants learn various techniques and disciplines, building confidence and self-discipline in a safe and supportive environment.


    Tae Kwon Do Class Description

    Explore the dynamic world of Tae Kwon Do, a martial art known for its high-flying kicks and powerful strikes. Our classes focus on enhancing physical fitness, flexibility, and self-defense skills while instilling discipline and respect. Join us to unleash your inner warrior and build strength, agility, and confidence.


    Our classes are split so that you can choose a 1 or 2-day option for classes, and tuition is paid monthly.

  • Special Needs - HUGS

    Our “HUGS” program is for children with cognitive or physical disabilities. These classes are thoughtfully designed to provide a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment for individuals of all abilities. We believe that gymnastics can be a valuable tool for enhancing physical and cognitive development.


    Our experienced instructors work closely with each participant to tailor the program to their unique needs and goals. These classes promote strength, balance, coordination, and self-confidence while fostering a sense of belonging and accomplishment.

We are thrilled to welcome you to Integrity! You’re next step to get started is creating a profile on our Parent Portal.


Our Parent Portal is your one-stop destination for all things at our facility. It’s where you’ll find a comprehensive overview of our current class offerings, schedules, bookings, camps, and much more. Additionally, the portal provides a convenient way to view all your current enrollments, track transactions, update family information, and more.


Getting Started Is Easy:

To create your profile and initiate the registration process, simply follow the steps outlined below:

We are so excited to have you! You will first have to create a profile on our parent portal before registration can occur. The Parent Portal houses all of our current class offerings, schedules, bookings, camps, and more. It also allows you to view all of your current enrollments, transactions, family

information, etc.

  • How do I create an account?

    Click Create an Account in the top menu bar to create your Parent Profile account online through the Integrity parent portal. From the Parent Portal home screen, you will click on “Create an Account.”You will then be redirected to a new page where you will create your IntegrityAthletics account. Enter all of your family and contact information and click “Create Account”.


    Once an account is created you will be directed to our policies and procedures page where it will ask you to agree to our terms. 


    Please read carefully and follow the appropriate stepsOn the left-hand sidebar, you will click “Students” to enter all child information for each child. Student Medical Information is recommended but not required.


    Once your account is complete, you can now enroll your child in our “classes”, and “camps” or “book a party” with us.

Parent Guide: What to Expect on Class Day


Welcome to Integrity Athletics! We’re excited to have your child join us for their first class. Here’s a guide to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience:

  • Arrival and Drop-Off:

    First-Time Arrival If you are visiting Integrity Athletics for the first time, we ask that you:


    1. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to allow time for check-in.
    2. Enter through the Main Entrance (Door A), regardless of your class location.
    3. Stop by the front desk to speak with a member of our customer service team. We’ll confirm your enrollment, answer any questions, and guide you to the correct waiting area and class location.

    Ongoing Parking, Entrances, and Arrical Drop-Off Guidelines


    Parking Information

    Main Parking Lot: 

    Located at the front of the building. This lot uses a one-way traffic pattern. 


    Overflow Parking Lot: 

    Located behind the building with walking access to Door G.


    Building Entrances

    Main Entrance – Door A

    Our main entrance is located under the large overhang (port-a-cochère) at the front of the building. This is the primary entrance for all first-time visitors and is home to our front desk and customer service team.


    Secondary Entrance – Door B

    Located on the west side of the building, Door B serves families enrolled in specific programs (see Class Waiting Areas for guidance). Please note: There is no drive-around loop at this entrance. If you choose to drop off here, be mindful of vehicles behind you and plan accordingly.


    Third Entrance – Door G

    Door G is located on the east side of the building and is typically used by families who park in our overflow lot, located behind the building. This entrance provides convenient access to the back of the facility.



    Arrival & Drop-Off Guidelines

    Children Ages 5 & Under:

    Parents must park and escort their child into the building. For safety, parents of children in this age group are required to remain on site for the duration of class.


    Children Ages 6 & Older:

    Drop-off is allowed at either Door A (Main Entrance) or Door B (Secondary Entrance). Please see our Class Waiting Areas guide to determine the best entrance based on your child’s program.


    ⚠️ Important: If dropping off at Door B, please note that there is no vehicle loop or space to drive around other cars. Be mindful of traffic flow and avoid blocking other families.


  • Class Waiting Area:

    To help ensure a smooth start to your child’s class, we’ve outlined the designated waiting and cubby areas below based on age, program, and entrance. Please review carefully to know where to go when you arrive.


    Children Ages 4 & Under – Main Entrance (Door A)

    Cubbies: Located on the first floor, both directly outside and inside the Preschool Room. Cubbies and bench storage are available.


    • Preschool Classes: Please head into the Preschool Room, where students can wait on the BUG STICKERS located on the floor. Children may wait on their sticker or stay with their parent(s) until class begins.

    Children Ages 5 & Older (Main Entrance – Door A)

    Cubbies: Located upstairs in the Cubbie Cove. Please drop off belongings here before lining up for class.


    • Girls’ Gymnastics (Little Dolls & Levels 1–3): Classes line up at the center entrance of Gym A. Look for the RED DOTS on the floor, each level has a designated waiting area.
    • Trampoline & Tumbling (All Levels): After entering through Door A, turn right down the hallway and walk to the very end. Students should wait on the PURPLE DOTS until class begins.
    • Tumble Only (All Levels): After entering through Door A, turn right down the hallway and walk to the very end. These students will wait on the BLUE DOTS for class to start.

    Children Ages 5 & Older (Secondary Entrance – Door B)

    Cubbies: Located on the first floor, directly next to the waiting area. If full, additional cubbies are available upstairs in the parent viewing area.


    • Girls’ Gymnastics (Levels 4–5): Enter through Door B and proceed to the Gym B entrance. Students will wait in the designated area until their instructor calls for attendance.
    • Boys’ Gymnastics (All Levels): Enter through Door B and head to the entrance for Gym B. Students should wait on the GREEN DOTS until class begins.
    • Ninja Classes (All Levels): Enter through Door B and follow signs to the Gym B entrance. Students will wait on the ORANGE DOTS before being called into class.

    Martial Arts Program (Main Entrance – Door A)

    Cubbies: Located upstairs in the Cubbie Cove. Please drop off belongings here before lining up for class.


    • Tae Kwon Do (All Groups): Enter through Door A and proceed upstairs to our Athens Room. Students will wait just inside the room until their instructor calls for attendece.
  • Dress Code:

    To help keep all athletes safe and comfortable while participating in class, please follow the guidelines below:


    Integrity Athletics Dress Code:


    Clothing: 

    Any athletic t-shirt and shorts are appropriate. Leotards are also a popular option and are available for purchase in our Pro Shop near the front desk.


    Bare Feet: 

    All classes (aside from T&T) are done barefoot for safety and proper grip. Please remove shoes and socks before class unless instructed otherwise by our staff.


    Coverage: 

    Midriffs must be covered. Crop tops or sports bras worn alone are not permitted. Boys must wear a shirt during training.


    Shorts: 

    Please avoid shorts with buttons or zippers, as they can be uncomfortable and unsafe on equipment.


    Hair: 

    If hair is longer than shoulder length, it should be tied up for safety.


    Accessories: 

    For safety, all jewelry and accessories, including rings, necklaces, bracelets, dangly earrings, and watches, must be removed before class.



    Program-specific requirements:


    TNT Footwear Special Requirements: 

    • Beginner & Intermediate Classes (Beez, Littles, Lvl 1–2): Grippy socks are recommended for added traction and comfort.
    • Advanced Classes (Level 3 & up): Athletes must bring regular socks to class for use on our Olympic-style woven trampoline beds.

    Tae Kwon Do: 

    A Gi is recommended. For their first class, students may wear athletic shorts and a t-shirt and the instructor can assist with purchasing a Gi. 



  • What to Bring:

    Help your child have their best class experience by bringing the following:


    Water Bottle: 

    Please bring a refillable bottle with clear liquids only on the gym floor.


    Hair Tie

    Long hair should be tied back securely.


    Athletic Clothing: 

    Comfortable and appropriate for movement. No zippers, buttons, or midriff-baring tops. See full dress code above.


    Footwear: 

    See Class specific requirements listed above.


    Positive Attitude: 

    Ready to try new things, be kind, and have fun!
