Not sure where to begin?
We’re here to help you navigate through this exciting new adventure. We understand that every child is unique, and their journey in athletics should reflect that. To get started, consider your child’s age and/or current skill level. Our programs are designed to cater to various developmental stages, ensuring that your child receives the best possible experience. Please see the following breakdown of our programs by age to see where your child will get started:
My child is 6 months - 4 years
Learn More!Your child is a perfect fit for our Preschool program called the Tumble Bugs! These aged-based classes foster early childhood development.
My child is 5 years old
Your child is eligible for any of our “Little’s Classes.” With this transition, your child gains access to an expanded selection of program offerings, allowing them to explore their athletic interests. These classes are structured by age, and all 5-year-olds are required to complete this foundational step before advancing. Typically, most children will age out of this class once they turn 6 years old.
My child is 6 years or older
If your child is between 6 – 17 years of age they are eligible for our skill-based classes. These classes start at the level I and progress up from there (Level offerings vary by program). All beginners, regardless of age will go directly into Level I and our instructors will track their progress online using the skill tree, which is available for parents to see on the parent portal. If you believe your child has all introductory gymnastics skills, please contact us to help determine the best level for them.
Not sure what program to choose?
If you’ve made it this far, that means your child is over the age of 5! If not, please head back up the page and find the drop-down for children 6 months – 4 years.

Choosing the right program is the first step in your child’s journey at Integrity and we have a lot of choices. Below you will find a brief description of each program.
