All participating children must have a parent or guardian sign a release waiver before taking part in any activities. This will be at the front desk on the day of the party and can be signed upon arrival by the parent or guardian.

• Waiver Form: Parents/Guardian must complete our waiver form using our electronic sign-in device upon arriving at Integrity Athletics.
• Parties are NOT open gyms. Children will be guided through the gym to various areas and take part in structured activities led by your party hosts.
• $50.00 non-refundable deposit is due at time of booking.
• Additional guest outside of the allowed amount are $15/each.

Important Notes:

• Please note that birthday parties are available on Saturdays at at 1:45, 3:15, and 5:00 pm and Sundays at 12:00, 1:45, 3:15, and 5:00 pm time slots (Activity only parties are only available at 5:00 pm Saturday and Sunday).
• Private Party Rooms are available for guest arrival up to 30 minutes prior to the party start time.
• Any reservations made less than 7 days before the requested date must call (614) 733-0818 to make a reservation.
• $50 deposit is not refundable for any reason.
• Standard Parties are 2 hours long. 1 hour and 15 minutes in the gym and 45 minutes in the party room. We provide paper products, utensils, and table coverings. Guests will receive an integrity water bottle, however we recommend bringing disposable cups should you need them.
• Party activities will take place first, followed by time in the party room. Activities will start promptly at the party start time. We suggest that guests arrive 5-10 minutes prior to the start time.
• All children should wear comfortable athletic clothing that does not have buttons or zippers. Children are required to wear socks on the trampolines at all times. Do not forget to send them with your child.
