Class Operations & Expectations:

• Classes meet once per week, ranging from 30 minutes to 55 minutes, depending on age, and ability.
• Coach-to-student ratios are carefully maintained and set at 6-to-1.
• Schedules are based on your availability and expected to remain consistent week-to-week. Seasonal adjustments are discussed proactively.
• Lesson plans, rotations, and spotting instructions are provided bi-weekly.
• High energy, enthusiasm, and a love for working with children are essential.
• Training is provided; prior gymnastics experience is a plus—but not required.

• Coach-to-student ratios are carefully maintained and set at 8-to-1.
• Schedules are based on your availability and expected to remain consistent week-to-week. Seasonal adjustments are discussed proactively.
• Lesson plans, rotations, and spotting instructions are provided bi-weekly.
• High energy, enthusiasm, and a love for working with children are essential.
• Training is provided; prior gymnastics experience is a plus—but not required.

We seek coaches with multiple years of competitive gymnastics or trampoline/tumbling experience, willing to mentor and grow both themselves and our athletes.

Role Expectations:

• Comfortable working with a wide range of skill lelvels and abiltities
• Develop and execute season-long skill development and competition plans.
• Maintain consistent practice schedules, with flexibility for seasonal adjustments and coverage as needed.
• Some travel may be required during the competition season.
• Mentor athlete and staff to help them achieve their goals
• Training, resources, and continued education are provided to help you succeed.

Our front desk team keeps Integrity Athletics running smoothly. We’re looking for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Role Expectations:

• Become highly knowledgeable in our CRM system, iClassPro (training provided).
• Greet clients, answer calls, assist with registration, manage client needs, and execute all auxilary tasks as assigned.
• Support instructors and coaches with tasks, organization, class management, supplies, and client needs.
• Multitask efficiently and adapt quickly to changes during high-traffic times.
• Provide excellent customer service and communication with clients and team members.

Help us create memorable experiences for children through birthday parties, seasonal camps, and special events!

Role Expectations:

• Facilitate fun, activity-based events in gymnastics and ninja environments.
• Schedule varies depending on availability and client attendance.
• Opportunities for additional income through client-provided tips (Parties only).
• Enthusiasm, responsibility, and dependability are essential.
• Training provided—prior childcare or party-hosting and camp counselor experience is a plus, but not required.

Typical Work Opportunities:

• Birthday Parties: Hosted on Saturdays and Sundays with three party time options each day.

• Seasonal Camps: Occur when schools are not in session, including MLK Day, Presidents Day, Black Friday, Election Day, Winter Break, and Spring Break.

• Summer Camps: Offered June through August, nearly every week, with flexible shifts and a wide variety of hours available.

• Special Events: Held occasionally throughout the year—often during holidays—including events such as Trunk or Treat, community kids festivals, and more.
