Walking through those doors always feels like stepping into a space where I’m empowered to thrive and reach new heights.

How did Integrity Athletics prepare you for college?
I started at Integrity when I was 7 years old, and it shaped who I am today. From being on the boys' team to having my first job there, Integrity prepared me not just athletically but for life. I learned what it means to be part of a team, how small actions create a family, and the value of support and perseverance. Simple lessons like helping move the mats, shaking your coach's hand, cheering for teammates, and pushing through challenges, taught me responsibility and teamwork. The people at Integrity gave me lifelong lessons I’ll carry forever.
What does Integrity Athletics mean to you?
Integrity became my home, and losing it during COVID was difficult. When I returned, I realized how much it really meant to me, I didn’t know what to do with myself on days I wasn’t there. It’s difficult to put this into words but Integrity was my refuge, it was a chosen family and a place that shaped me into the person I am today. It gave me a sense of belonging when I felt lost, and just as it has always been there for me, I’ve always been there for it.

What does Integrity Athletics mean to you?
Integrity has led me to the opportunity to go to the Air Force Academy because the staff and support from Integrity got me recruited. Once at the Academy, I accomplished a dream of becoming an NCAA All-American in 2016. The Academy also provided me an opportunity to go to pilot training post graduation in 2016. After 13 months of hard work I was told that I would soon go on to fly the F-15 Eagle. After a couple more years of training, I am fully certified in the Eagle and currently flying missions based out of Lakenheath, England. Flying a fighter for the United States of America is by far the best job in the world and the journey began with gymnastics.

How did Integrity Athletics prepare you for college?
Time management is the most important thing you can learn before college. Practicing 24 hours per week in addition to maintaining good grades, and trying to keep a social life isn't an easy task, but it was something I figured out over time. Stepping into college, I knew it would be tough to do all of that still, with harder classes and a more strenuous workout schedule, but I had the core time management skills to make it work. I graduated from the University of Michigan with 2 Big Ten Championships, 2 NCAA Championships, and a 3.4 GPA all because I knew how to best manage my time from Integrity.
What does Integrity Athletics mean to you?
Integrity was essentially my home for a long time. I was there the first day it opened - before the trampolines were in the ground and before the pit was filled with blocks. It is where I really grew as a gymnast and a person. Integrity was a place where I formed life-long friendships and the life skills to be successful beyond gymnastics. Integrity was where I grew up.
