Integrity Athletics will be closed on Monday, September 1st, in observance of Labor Day. There will be no recreational classes, team practices, or front desk services available that day.
Please note: We will not be issuing make-up tokens for this closure, as Monday classes will still receive four classes in September, maintaining the annual average.

Overflow Parking Reminder
As outdoor sports wrap up, our facility welcomes an influx of students and families, which can make parking more challenging. As a reminder, we added an overflow parking lot behind the building, with walkways on both sides that connect to multiple entrance options our families can use—A, B, and G. Please refer to our map for guidance.
If you're still unable to find parking, our neighbor, Techsite, offers additional parking after 4 PM on weekdays. We appreciate your patience and understanding!

Make-Up Information
Integrity Make-Up Policy
- Each child is allowed up to one make-up per month for a missed class.
- Make-up classes are not guaranteed, but we will do our best to accommodate when possible.
- You have 90 days (3 months) from the missed class date to reschedule. After that, make-up tokens are forfeited.
- Make-ups may only be scheduled 14 days in advance of the desired make-up class date.
- The requested class must have an open spot available.
- Holiday closures do not qualify for make-up classes unless otherwise stated by Integrity Athletics.
- There are no refunds or credits for missed classes
- Additional restrictions may apply.
How it Works:
- Make-up Tokens: After a missed class, a make-up token will be issued to your account. You must have an active, unexpired token to schedule a make-up. Tokens cannot be used after a scheduled drop date.
- Known Future Absence: If you know your child will miss a class, please mark the absence in the Parent Portal or notify us in advance.
- Class Eligibility: Students may only schedule make-ups in classes they are age- and level-appropriate for. While most families choose to schedule within the same program, make-ups can be scheduled in equivalent level classes across programs.
- Example: A student in Level 1 Girls Gymnastics may make up in a Level 1 Tumble Only class.

Tuition Explanation
Tuition remains the same for every month of the year, regardless of how many class days fall within a given month. Tuition is not based on a number of classes, but on a period of time.
Over the course of a full calendar year, classes are scheduled to average approximately four classes per month. Some months may include five classes, while others may include three due to holidays or gym closures. These variations balance out over time.
If, due to a closure, your child’s class falls below the annual average, an additional make-up token will be added to your account to ensure value and consistency.
Please Note:
- Tuition pays for your child’s spot in the class regardless of attendance.
- Missed classes have no cash value and are not eligible for a refund or credit.
- Make-up classes (1 per month maximum) are offered as a courtesy to active students, must be scheduled in advance, and are subject to availability.
- Tuition pays for your child’s spot in the class regardless of attendance.
Do you offer Private Lessons?
Private Lesson RequestSome of our coaches are occasionally available to offer private lessons based on their personal schedules and availability. While Integrity Athletics does not formally offer private lessons as a guaranteed program, our coaches may choose to provide them as a courtesy when they are able to accommodate a request.
If you're interested in a private lesson, please fill out our Private Lesson Request Form by clicking here or using the button below. This form helps our coaches better understand your child’s goals, experience, and your availability. Submitting a request does not guarantee a private lesson will be scheduled.
Please Note:
• Private lessons are not guaranteed. Only coaches with matching availability and expertise may reach out directly.
• If you're familiar with a coach you'd like to work with, you're welcome to contact them directly during your visit or via email.
• You must have a completed Parent Portal profile (click here) with an accepted waiver and policies before any lesson can be scheduled. No fees are charged until after the lesson occurs.
