2018 Monthly Billing Update

Switching to Monthly Enrollments

Beginning August 13, 2018, Integrity Athletics will be switching all gymnastics programs to monthly billing, as well as continuous enrollment.

What does this mean for me?

  • Ease of scheduling- sign up one time, and remain in the class until your athlete is moved up to the next level
  • No more registration period, so you cannot lose your spot in class unless you drop
  • Enroll anytime- our curriculum will still operate on an 8-week schedule, with an evaluation update provided to parents at the end of October, December, February, April, June and August.
  • Convenience: monthly payments with the option of auto-pay.

Things to know:

  • Track your athlete’s progress online!
    • Did you know that Integrity offers online skill tracking? You can check your athlete’s progress as often as you like
    • Your coach will be updating the skill tree weekly and will inform you if your athlete is ready to move up to the next level, no need to wait for a new session.
  • Fall registration will begin July 23rd. The schedule is being finalized and will be posted online soon. The online enrollment process will remain the same as it has with session registrations.
  • Fall schedule will begin August 13th. Due to starting mid-month, August will be prorated based on start date. September 1 charges will follow the below pricing schedule.
  • Small changes in class schedules will be made in January, June and August. With the changes in season (Fall to Winter and Spring to Summer), our coaches schedules do change slightly. We will contact you 1 month prior to any schedule change, should we need to adjust your class time. If you do not hear from us regarding a change, you will not need to change your enrollment.

Thank you for your understanding and patience during this transition period. We will do our best to educate all of our members on how the new system will operate and we hope to make it as easy  and smooth as possible.
