Rhythmic Teams - Columbus, Ohio

Rhythmic Gymnastics Team

Rhythmic Gymnastics is an Olympic sport which combines the grace and elegance of dance, the acrobatics and athleticism of gymnastics with the use of different hand apparatus: rope, hoop, ball, clubs and ribbon. This beautiful sport promotes the development of flexibility, strength, hand-eye coordination, and musicality. Gymnasts perform choreographed routines to music individually or in groups.

Integrity Athletics is one of only two facilities in Ohio to offer rhythmic gymnastics. The Integrity Rhythmics competitive team was founded in 2006. Since then, the Integrity Rhythmics team has grown to be both the largest and strongest competitive rhythmic gymnastics team in the state and one of the most well recognized programs in the country. Integrity Rhythmics has been and is home to multiple state and regional champions, a national champion, Future Stars national team members, Elite Squad team national members, one of only 40 Level 10 Junior rhythmic gymnasts in the country, and many aspiring young talents working hard to follow in their teammates footsteps!

The Integrity Rhythmics team offers rhythmic gymnasts the opportunity to pursue their passion and to reach their fullest potential in a structured and disciplined, yet positive and rewarding environment. The rhythmic gymnastics team program provides training for USA Gymnastics competitive levels 3-10 & groups, Xcel, and HUGS with a focus on proper basic technique and skill development.

Training time and commitment are based on the level of the gymnast. Gymnasts are accepted into the program by invitation or evaluation only.
