Summer Camp Info

This summer at Integrity Athletics we are offering 8-weeks of summer camp adventures! Every day will be filled with fun new activities improving your child’s athletic abilities through sport. Each will have a designated theme which will influence the daily schedule. All of our camps will consist of our normal camp activities in addition to the theme’s. They will include games, crafts, gymnastics and more.

  • Preschool Campers will enjoy our weekly themes with age and ability taken into consideration. Each day will also feature new activities like learning gymnastics, group games, and a fun craft! Your child will receive enthusiastic instruction from our qualified staff building confidence, increasing balance, strength and flexibility.

    5 Day Camp
  • Campers will participate in activities related to the specific theme as well as learning gymnastics, games, a fun craft and more! This is a recreational camp and does not require any experience. Your child will receive enthusiastic instruction from our qualified staff building confidence, increasing balance, strength and flexibility.

Camp Dates & Themes

WEEK 1 – Flippin’ Fun – June 3rd- June 7th
Learning the basics of jumps, motions and skills on the following: Trampoline, double mini, rod floor, bosus, tumble track, floor. Body shapes, fun conditioning exercises and stretch & flexibility will also be worked on in a range of games and activities.

WEEK 2 – BALListic – June 10th- June 14th
Kids activities will focus on volleyball, soccer, mini tennis, games with physio balls, catching and pitching, flag football, dodgeball, beach volleyball. Hand-eye and foot-eye coordination will be worked on with fun activities including ladder runs, hurdles and catch and throw games.

WEEK 3 – GYMtastics – June 17th- June 21st
All artistic gymnastics events are integrated including vault, floor, bars, beam, rings, p-bars. We work on learning skills in a fun way and also play games on different pieces of equipment. There will also be a focus on building strength using body weight movements for fun competitions.

WEEK 4 – Warrior – June 24th- June 28th
Kids will conquer different obstacle courses, learn new skills and drills. They will scale our cargo net, learn to climb ropes and practice balancing skills on the tightrope. During the week we will also teach some basic martial arts skills, focusing on the varying nature of self defense as well as using it for fitness and movement.

WEEK 5 – Moovin’ & Groovin’ – July 8th- July 12th
Kids will learn new tumbling skills ranging from the basics such as rolls and handstands, through to skills using different mats and barrels. We will have fun with different music and dance styles, to not only teach dance but also to encourage kids to find their own styles using the music as inspiration. We will work on the basics of acrobatics, hand balancing and aerial skills such as silks and hoop.
