Taught by Certified Black Belts John Bialek and Mike Blose

JuJitsu at Integrity is brought to you by Triple Threat Martial Arts and Fitness. We are an official Marcello C. Montiero BJJ affiliate school. We teach a hybrid of traditional Japanese Ju jitsu as well as Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ). Ju Jitsu is a dynamic martial art that offers a wide spectrum of techniques; throwing, joint locks, holding techniques, punching, kicking, self defense and submission grappling as well as providing a great conditioning work out. Regardless of your experience level our ju jitsu classes have something for everyone. Our classes are fast paced and are designed to bring the best out of each of our students. Ju Jitsu was specifically developed to allow a smaller person to defeat a larger person by sophisticated application of leverage and technique. It’s ideal for self defense situations as well as offering numerous opportunities for competition. Our students have won top finishes in regional and local competitions.

JOHN BIALEK: (614) 749-3629
John Bialek has been involved in the martial arts for over two decades. He commenced his journey into the martial arts after discovering karate at the age of 13. In college he discovered ju jitsu and has continued training in both arts. At the Ohio State University John served as the club’s secretary from 1999-2001. He obtained his black belt and now serves as the co-head instructor for the Ohio State Ju Jitsu club. John has earned his 3rd degree black belt in Okinawan Shorin-Ryu Karate. During the day, John operates as a software developer in the Columbus area. He is the proud father of 2 girls, Natalie and Abbey.

MIKE BLOSE: (614) 517-9883
Mike is a 5th grade teacher in the Columbus, OH area. He started his martial arts career with a few random classes around Toledo, OH in karate and Tae Kwon Do. It wasn’t until he tried to his first ju jitsu class with the Ohio State University Ju Jitsu Club that he felt the kind of practical application he was looking for. While attending college at Ohio State from 2002 – 2004, Mike served as the Club’s president and has served as a substitute, assistant and now co-head instructor since 2006. “It’s the intense workout and mental chess game that keeps me coming back for more,” he says. Mike placed 3rd at the Arnold Fitness Expo’s submission grappling tournament the past year. Along with his black belt in Ju jitsu, Mike is pursing his black belt in bjj, judo, and karate. When not doing martial arts he is spending time with his beautiful wife and 4 wonderful children, Halie 15, Brandon 12, and MJ and Braelynne their 2 year old twins.
