Parents' Night Out TNT Team fundraiser

Saturday September 19th

Join us for a Parents Night Out, which serves as a fundraiser for the TNT athletes who will represent Team USA at the upcoming World Age Group Competition in China!


Give yourself a well-deserved break while your little ones enjoy everything our facility has to offer. From exciting games to supervised free play and even a movie to finish the night off, your children will be entertained from start to finish. A pizza dinner is included with registration! Meanwhile, as a parent, you can enjoy a guilt-free night off, with the assurance your children are having a blast in a supervised, secure environment.

School’s Out Camp "Halloween Edition" – Single Day

Friday, October 16th 2026

When school’s out, we’re in!! Bring your child to this one-day camp where they can explore our entire facility doing a variety of athletic activities, games, and more! This day camp will be guided by our enthusiastic instructors to ensure that your child has a fun and exciting day!


Camp is for children aged 4-11 years. You have the choice to pick between half-day (9am-1pm) or full-day (9am-4pm) and can pick & choose which days you’d like to attend.


Please Remember: Children should come to camp in athletic-type clothing and should bring socks, and a water bottle. Lunch is NOT provided, you will need to send your child with a packed lunch.

Celebrate National Gymnastics Day with Integrity Athletics!

National Gymnastics Day is on Saturday September 19th. Join us in celebrating our favorite sport by participating in our Handstand Photo Contest! We're inviting all of our students to show off their best handstands. Simply snap a fun picture of your child performing this skill and submit it to events@integritygym.com by September 18th. 


Every submission is automatically entered into a drawing to win a $20 account credit and a special prize for your child. The more entries we receive, the more winners we’ll announce—so get those handstands in and increase your chances of winning!

  • What’s in it for you?

    • Your child's photo will be printed and displayed around the gym and featured on our lobby TVs!

    • All submissions will be automatically entered into a drawing for a $20 tuition credit and a special prize for your child!

    • The more entries we receive, the more winners we will announce—so be sure to send in your photo!
  • Safety Recommendations

    1. Clear the Area: Ensure the space is free of furniture, walls, or sharp objects. Use an open area where you have room to fall safely.


    2. Use a Soft Surface: Practice on a cushioned mat, soft carpet, or grass to reduce the impact if you fall.


    3. Warm-Up: Perform a proper warm-up, including stretching your wrists, shoulders, and core muscles, to prevent strain.


    4. Use a Wall for Support: Beginners should practice against a sturdy wall to help with balance and control before attempting a free-standing handstand.


    5. Listen to Your Body: If you feel pain, dizziness, or discomfort, stop immediately. Prioritize your safety over trying to hold the handstand for a longer duration.



  • Handstand Tips by Age & Skill Level

    Rec Students: Please follow all listed Safety Guidelines


    • 2 & Under: Handstands not recommended. Feel free to submit any photo of your child.  

    • 3-4 years: Heavy parent's assistance is needed. Wheel barrel holds are a great option!

    • 5 years: Wall or similar support is needed with parent assistance. Students can walk feet up the wall at this level. 

    • Level 1: Wall or similar support is needed, parent assistance may be required. Students can walk feet up the wall at this level.  

    • Level 2: Wall or similar support may be needed. Students can kick up against a wall at this level. 

    • Levels 3-5: Personal preference. Students at this level can complete a handstand without additional support. 

    Team Students: Please follow all listed Safety Guidelines


    • Pre-team: Wall or similar support is needed, parent assistance may be required.

    • Levels 3 & 4: Wall or similar support may be needed. Students can kick up into a handstand at these levels.

    • Levels 5+: No wall assistance required, personal preference.

Preschool Open Gym: Walk-In Event

Friday, October 30th   9:30 - 10:30 AM   Walking - 6 Years

Our Halloween-themed Preschool Open Gym is back, and it's going to be a frightfully good time for children aged Walking to 6 years old. No registration is needed—simply walk in and let the Halloween fun begin! There are no tricks here, only treats and tons of fun await your little pumpkins!

    Time: 9:30am- 10:30am

    Ages: Walking - 7 Years

    Pricing: $12 for one child / $20 for 2 siblings / $25 for 3+ siblings

  • Costume Contest

    👻 Dress to Impress: We encourage all our little guests to come dressed in their most creative, cute, and spooky costumes! Whether it's a classic pumpkin, a magical unicorn, or a friendly ghost, we want to see your Halloween spirit shine. Prizes will be awarded for the best costumes, so get ready to strut your stuff on our Halloween catwalk!

  • Sweet Treats

    🍭 Sweets and Treats: Trick-or-treat early with a delightful array of sweets and treats for all our young visitors. It wouldn't be Halloween without a candy stash, so be prepared to satisfy your sweet tooth! 


    *Allergy-free sweets are available but not guaranteed.

  • Open Play (Info & Rules)

    🎈 Fun and Play: Our open gym is the perfect place for your little ones to burn off some energy and make new friends. The preschool and large gym will be open for children to explore and play.



    We'll have Halloween-themed activities and games to keep everyone entertained


    Requirements:


    All participants must be accompanied by an adult


    All participants MUST be signed in by an adult


    Parents/guardians are not allowed to play on the equipment


    Only ages walking-6 years will be allowed to participate in Open Gym


    Dress: Children should be in comfortable athletetic attire- no clothes with buttons or zippers are premitted. Socks are required on our white olympic style trampolines. 


    Participants must have a waiver on file or signature from parent on sign-in app to participate

Get ready for Costume Week at the gym! 🎃 Students are invited to wear their Halloween costumes to class. It's the perfect time to show off your spooky, silly, or creative outfits while having fun in the gym! Just be sure your costume is safe for movement - Read more details below:

  • Costume Restrictions

    If your child's costume is not gymnastics-appropriate, please have them wear a leotard or gym attire under their costume or bring additional clothing so that the student can change after stretching. 


    Any masks or props can be brought but must be set aside after stretching.

This is a walk-in event. Payment is taken at the door.

Seasonal & Summer Camp Info!

During the school year and summer months, we offer a variety of single-day and multi-day camps. Our camps are designed to provide parents with an alternative to childcare when schools are out for the day. These camps are offered on *most days that the public school systems are closed, such as election day, teacher work days, MLK Day, as well as weekly camps during the summer months!
