Accomplishments
- Blaine Wilson won his first World Championships medal at the 2003 Worlds when he helped the team to a silver-medal finish. Months later, at the 2004 Visa American Cup, Wilson tore his left biceps tendon, and vowed to return for the 2004 Olympic Games. His hard work and determination earned him a spot on the men's Olympic Team, and in Athens the team battled for a silver medal victory. Blaine Carew Wilson is the first man to win five consecutive national titles since USA Gymnastics was named the sport's National Governing Body, and the third man to win five consecutive U.S. all-around titles (or more) in gymnastics history. Wilson 's father started him in gymnastics at age four because he was so energetic. Wilson was a member of the 2000 and 1996 Olympic Team. Wilson also finished fourth at the 1999 World Championships. In 1997, hew wot the Jesse Ownens award presented by the Big Ten Conference to recognize its outstanding male athlete. He is now the assistant coach from the Men's Gymnastics Program at the Ohio State University.

Nyika O. White

Nyika White was born in Port Arthur, Texas and later moved to Williamston, NC, where he got his gymnastics start. Beginning at a local tumbling studio at the age of 5, he moved to Roses Gymnastics Training Center at age 7. After numerous state titles, he began to compete nationally at the Junior Olympic National Gymnastics Championships in 1999-2001. At Temple University, he graduated with a degree in Information Science and Technology. In 2002, Nyika helped the Temple Owls win the ECAC team championship. In 2003, the Owls repeated as team champions and he won his first ECAC rings championship,placing 3rd at the NCAA championships, he earned his first All American status. In 2004, he was voted team captain and placed 2nd at the NCAA championships, earning his second All-American status. Finishing his collegiate career in 2005, he once again won ECAC rings championship. At the national level, Nyika competed in the 2003, 2004, 2006 and 2008 US Championships where his highest finish was 3rd place on the rings. As a coach, Nyika assisted the Temple University Boys' Team. He helped coach them to a 2006 1st place State Championship. Five of his former gymnasts competed, or are now competing, at the collegiate level. Two of his gymnasts already have NCAA championship titles. Nyika has completed levels 1,2,3 and 4 of the Professional Coaches Diploma Program.

I started gymnastics in Vermont at 11 years (1969). I fell in love with the sport and competed through middle, high school and college. I've worked at many private clubs as a team and class coach. After many years of coaching boys and girls, at all competitive levels, I decided to dedicate my time to recreational gymnastics.

Born and raised in New Jersey. Trained and competed for Surgent's Elite gymnastics. Attended the University of Mass. on gymnastics scholarship.

- Stan is a former State and Regional Champion as well a Junior Olympic National Qualifier. After college Stan competed as an elite gymnast for 2 years before retiring. Stan is entering his 15th year of coaching. He has led both boys and girls teams to State Championships at every level as well as having coached regional and national individual champions. He is a high energy coach known for his excellent guidance and spotting skills.

Kristy is from Painesville, OH and has been a gymnast since she was 2. She has been coaching for the past 6 years. Kristy is a student as the Ohio State University where she is studying business marketing. She has been president of the OSU Club Gymnastics team for 2 years and treasurer for one. She is a member of the National Assocoation of Intercollegiate Gymnastics Clubs Board and serves also on their marketing board. Kristy is a USAG pro member and is safety certified.

Jimmy Wickham

Jimmy Wickham joins Integrity after being the assistant coach at Southeast Missouri for the past two seasons.His responsibilities included recruiting, evaluations, scouting and coaching. Prior to Southeast Missouri, Jimmy attended Ohio State University. While at OSU, he was a four-time All-American, a U.S. vault title holder and three-time academic All-Big Ten and three-time first team CGA All-America scholar-athlete. He earned national laurels on vault(2006,'07 and '08) and one on floor('08). Jimmy was the second Buckeye to ever be named a three-time All- American on vault and had the fortitude to miss only one competition in four years. In 2008, he was voted tri-captain of the Buckeye's squad and he owns the Ohio State vault record with a score of 97. Jimmy was serious with his academic career as well. He was a three-time OSU Scholar-Athlete recipient and a three-time first-team CGA All-America Scholar athlete. Along with his outstanding college career,Jimmy tallied a 32.450 on the vault to win the U.S. National vault title earning himself an outright spot on the U.S. Men's Senior National Team at Winter Cup Challenge. At the World Cup in Ghent, Belgium, he finished seventh on vault with a 15.212. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science at OSU. Jimmy is a native of Gulfport Mississippi.

Nathan Shaffer

Nate Shaffer was born and raised in Heath, OH. He lives in the Columbus area with his wife, Catie. Nate was raised in the gymnastics environment, with his mother, aunt and sister all coaches. He began his gymnastics career at the tender age of 18 months old , began coaching at 17 years old and hasn't stopped since. He's coached all ages, boys and girls teams, up through adult classes. Nate coaches because he has a passion for gymnastics and for encouraging children to realize their own potential. His love of the sport, and his awareness of children's emerging skills, combine to create a wonderfully positive coaching experience.

John started gymnastics at the age of eight at Great Lakes Gymnastics and after outgrowing two gyms, John switched to West Side Gymnastics in Copley, Ohio. John started college at Cleveland State University and then transferred to Columbus State University. He has earned his associate degree in Accounting and is continuing onto Franklin to finish his bachelor degree in Forensic Accounting with a double minor in Finance and Small Business Management. John is looking forward to an exciting coaching career with the boys’ team here at Integrity Gymnastics.

- During his six years of training at West Side, John won several state titles and qualifies to nationals four times. At the age of 15, John started his coaching career. Since then, he has had numerous state and regional champion and championship teams. He has also coached regional future star champions and national qualifiers. John has also qualified kids onto junior developmental national team and junior national team. John has also been a nationally ranked judge for over 9 years. He has judged major competitions ranging from Ohio State College meets, Black Jack in Las Vegas, Circle of Stars in Indiana, Florida meets, State Championships, and Regional Championships.

Carla Crawford

Carla's experience in cheerleading began in middle school, and continued through creating her own summer camp company for high school cheerleaders during college. Once leaving college, Carla began her teaching career and began coaching high school cheerleading. She started the all star cheerleading program at a gymnastics gym, and after leaving that program, continued to coach at the high school. Currently, she is the head cheerleading coach at Dublin Jerome HS

- Carla enjoys her time with her husband and son outside in the sunshine. She would spend each day at Disney if she could!
