Activities

Integrity Gymnastics offers of a variety of activities for boys and girls of all ages throughout the year. There are programs in competitive USAG gymnastics for boys and girls, rhythmic gymnastics, and power tumbling. There are also competitive USASF cheerleaders. Also all five of these areas have recreational classes available at different times in addition to preschool age recreational classes. During the school year Integrity has open gyms for preschoolers as well as Friday night open gyms for school age children. During holiday and break times camps are frequently offered. Adaptive movement classes are offered for special needs children. Birthday parties on Saturday afternoons are also available. Also available are adult fitness classes. Kids dance classes may be available in the near future.

  • Programs

    Boys Competitive Gymnastics

    Compete all 6 Olympic events: high bar, parallel bars, still rings, vault, pommel, and floor exercise. Average age for beginning competition is 6 years. Competition levels go from level 4 to 10.

    Girls Competitive Gymnastics

    Compete all 4 Olympic events: floor exercise, beam, vault, and uneven bars. Average age for beginning competition is 6 years. Competition levels 3 to 10.

    Recreational Gymnastics

    Learning skills on all Olympic events as well as trampoline and tumbling skills. Concentration is on coordination, flexibility, and strength.

    Rhythmic Gymnastics

    Learning skills that combine flexibility development, basic gymnastics and dance skills, and the fundamental body movements and apparatus techniques of rhythmic gymnastics using ribbon, hoop, rope, and ball.

    Cheerleading

    Learning skills such as cartwheels, round-off back handsprings, and standing back tucks; skills necessary for cheerleaders at the middle school, high school and competition levels.

    Pre-school

    Learning basic beginner gymnastics skills beginning with large motor skills, listening skills, taking directions, hand placements for learning tumbling skills, body placements for other apparatus skills, using smaller apparatus to fit the size of pre-schoolers and learning basic jumping skills.

    Trampoline and Tumbling

    Learning tumbling skills on the trampoline and tumbling track.

    Special Needs

    Modified version of basic gymnastics classes. Will be linked to the child’s IEP goals by parent request. Students will get the chance to learn all aspects of movement in gymnastics.

  • Others

    Open Gym

    Tuesdays from 10AM and Fridays 9AM for an hour for preschool age children; Friday nights from 7:30-9:00 PM for ages 6 and up. For a minimal fee, children can come and have supervised open play on the gymnastics equipment as well as trampoline time and foam pit time.

    Camps

    Often during summer break and holiday breaks Integrity offers camps for extra instruction and fun in gymnastics. Children would be here for a larger portion of the day with other fun activities like craft time and snack time included.

    Birthday Parties

    Integrity offers birthday party packages on Saturdays. Price based on enrollment of birthday child. 1 and ½ hours playtime in gym including age appropriate games, foam pit fun, and obstacle courses.
